Claire O’Sullivan Greene

Claire O’Sullivan Greene graduated with an honours degree in Law from University College Cork in 2010. Having trained in a prominent Cork law firm, she qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined a specialist commercial practice in Dublin, where she gained valuable experience in complex commercial transactions.

Claire has extensive experience in commercial and residential conveyancing transactions and commercial leasing, having represented private purchasers, investment funds, receivers, and large corporate entities. She has acted in a variety of complex commercial property acquisitions and sales including car parks, shopping centres, multi unit developments, student developments, mixed use developments and business parks. Claire has a particular expertise in corporate finance, having acted for lenders and borrowers alike in a range of commercial lending arrangements.
She also has a broad and varied experience in commercial and corporate law, acting for clients in company formations, company acquisitions, asset purchases, shareholders agreements, joint venture arrangements and corporate restructuring.

Claire is an experienced advocator at all Court levels, having represented clients in a range of litigation matters, including debt collection and personal injury cases.

She has a particular interest in data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property, trademarks and design rights and was awarded the Arthur Cox Foundation Prize having ranked first place in the Law Society Diploma in Technology and Intellectual Property in 2018.
