Ruairí De Búrca
Ruairí De Búrca graduated with an honours degree in Law and European Studies from the University of Limerick in 2005. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 having trained in a Dublin based commercial firm and founded De Búrca Solicitors in 2015.
Ruairí acts for a wide range of clients from the private individual to small start ups to large commercial entities on a national and international basis. He has a broad and varied litigation practice and has extensive experience in defamation, personal injury, medical negligence, probate litigation and commercial litigation. He also advises clients in relation to general litigation matters, immigration and commercial issues.
He has a particular interest in employment law and has assisted employers and employees in managing complex workplace issues. Ruairí has also advised clients in relation to unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, bullying and harassment claims, non compete clauses and employment related injunctions.
Ruairí also has extensive experience in commercial and residential conveyancing transactions, and has acted in the purchase and sale of a wide range of property assets. He regularly advises clients in respect of commercial and residential mortgages.
Ruairí is strongly committed to ongoing learning in order to provide a first class service to his clients and has attained certificates in trademark law and in immigration law in recent times.
